Pet Supply Closeouts was founded by Diann and Steve Scaffidi. They have owned and operated pet stores in Massachusetts since 1976.

When superstores started coming into New England lowballing pet products, they felt they needed to compete in order to stay alive. Some stores in the area gave it up. Steve and Diann bought them out and liquidated those items in their own retail stores. Steve and Diann were friendly with other pet stores in the area and those stores saw how well they were doing with all the competition. Those stores asked if we could sell them product also. Well the rest is history, PSC now buys from all the major pet importers, manufacturers,and distributors . We help insurance companies recover value when there is a hurricane , train wreck,or other loss.
